When I started looking at different apartments in Austin TX, I made sure to read all the fine print associated with each one. I learned my lesson the hard way in this, and I ended up paying extra at my last apartment for things that I thought were included. That is one of the reasons why I was looking for a new apartment to move to, because I felt that they had cheated me, and I just did not want to live at a place like that. I was pretty excited when I saw the Falls on Bull Creek Apartments, but I still wanted to read all the fine print first.
I am really glad I did, because I learned that this is really a great place to live. The administration there really does its best in putting the tenants first, which is the way it should be, within reason. There is a commitment to residents where we will receive a rental credit for each day we have a problem and it is not fixed. There was also a 30 day guarantee that I would like this place. If not, they do what they can to make my experience here worth it.
They even helped me get renter’s insurance at a low rate. I have always carried this in case something should happen, and I never had rates as low as I do here. When they say they want to help to make this the best living experience possible, they are not joking. If I lose my keys, they will even help me out as long as it is during business hours or up until 11 pm. There is nothing I don’t like about this place, and I am so excited that I finally found a place that I am proud to call home.
